Description
An authentic Springfield carbine boot, that has been field or armory modified to fit a Colt Single Action revolver. It is from the American Indian War period and probably modified during its period of use. It is all leather, and still retains its brass carbine boot throat, with an added loop to act as a frog to attach the holster to one’s belt. A very unique and functional pistol holster.
Overall Length: 17.8″
Length of Holster Body: 13.375″
Condition: Very good for age – Leather has some losses to finish with multiple scratches (one fairly deep), but pliable and very presentable – Brass has a very nice aged patina
