A nice Sharpe, London brass, box lock, flintlock, screw barrel, pistol with a folding trigger.  The pocket size pistol is hand engraved on the frame and the sliding hammer safety.  There is an oval silver plaque inlaid into the upper portion of the one piece walnut grip/stock.  The right side of the frame is inscribed “LONDON”, and the left side is inscribed “SHARPE”.   It is proof marked on the underside of the barrel.

Condition: Brass retains a medium mustard color age patina – Iron parts have a very nice dark age patina – Grip has a crack on each side at the upper front portions, and a few marks in the wood – Frizzen screw is probably a replacement – Action and Hammer safety operate perfectly – Mainspring is strong – Bore is good
