A real piece of American Civil War history. This Confederate Naval cutlass shows typical casting flaws, in the brass grip, known to be found in many of the Southern States manufactured weapons and goods, of the period. It would be a wonderful addition to anyone’s collection.

Condition: Handguard is missing – Iron blade no longer has a clean edge, the surface has a dark aged patina with some heavy pitting and a slight bow – Grip has areas of dark patina mixed with a lighter brass color
