Description
An antique 12 gauge shotgun shell decapper. The 2 piece body is brass with, what appears to be, an ebony wood handle. The pin exposes itself as the lower portion of the tool recedes into the upper portion. The pin itself is probably an old replacement. It is clearly marked “12” on the side, just below the handle. May have been part of a set of reloading tools, for a fancy cased shotgun.
